Project in numerous units over the last 5 years, with new ventures starting out in our units and then moving onto a new premises with a lease and we are pleased to have another premises within Caldicot Town Centre which has been redecorated and is ready for sub renting out to new businesses or those who currently run from home

Caldicot Goes Pop! provides a secure premises to “test-trade” your business without the scary and high overhead costs, its important when starting out in a new business to ensure you know exactly how much you need to pay out weekly or monthly to ensure you can budget correctly and make sure your business makes enough money to cover outgoings.

Terms of our lease range from a single day up to a maximum of a 3 month tenancy*. Caldicot Town Team always ensure that you know exactly what your outgoings will be before you take on a pitch and what is included and what is not.

Pitch fees are on a sliding scale, dependent on the length of time taken;

  • Day Rate – £20 (Max 3 Days not including weekends)
  • Weekend Rate £30 (Sat/Sun)
  • Week Rate – £50
